Refund policy

We are a customer-first company, striving to provide the best quality product with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you are not satisfied with the Pairr adapter, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, plastics, and in its original, untorn packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return costs and provide a tracking number to monitor the package's location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

In addition to the above conditions, a return fee of $25 will be applied for each item returned. This fee helps us manage the processing and handling of returns.

To start a return, please contact us at support@getpairr.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your Pairr adapter does not function in a proper way, we will refund the cost paid for the item or resend a new device without any additional cost.


Exchanges
The exchange procedure requires a return to our office in Lithuania. The returning item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, plastics, and in its original, untorn packaging. After the item successfully arrives to us, a refund will be issued and you’ll be able to place an order for the correct device!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
